PURPOSE: 
This position is responsible for supporting both the HR Systems Administration Team and front line Support team for Learning Management Systems and CV Reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Perform routine maintenance and audits to support both planned and un-planned activities 
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, instructional guides and training materials 
Work with key internal customers to ensure highest level of support and consultation provided 
Support Tier 1 for queries & training and provide Tier 2 advanced troubleshooting 
Proactively identify issues or challenges and suggest solutions 
Participate as SME on project teams as needed 
Monitor data integrity and comply with validation requirements 
Feature and functionality testing 
Reporting and analyzing data for trends or accuracy 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
HR Systems Administration Experience, Microsoft Office Experience, Customer Service Experience 
The individual should be an agile self starter, familiar with HR Systems Administration and customer support roles with excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
Bachelors degree and 3-5 years HR or Admin experience
