Job Description:
The Sr. Finance Analyst - Compensation & Benefits provides technical and financial support on various compensation and benefits projects requiring finance, compensation and benefits knowledge. The position provides guidance on projects and is responsible for developing compensation and benefits related recommendations and programs that maintain consistency and administrative simplicity. The position effectively manages the relationship between Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Unit CFOs/CEOs and Human Resources responsibilities related to Compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities/ Requirements:
  • Manages the variable incentive programs' design, communication, administration, reporting and analytics.
  • Manages benefits monthly reporting, vendor payment, and modeling related to SHC trusts and medical plans.
  • Uses knowledge of business strategies and competitive compensation/benefits practices to develop solutions and detailed implementation plans and correspondingly provide financial impact guidance to respective stakeholders.
  • Compiles large volumes of data from various sources in most efficient manner and applies sound logic and analytical tools to interpret and form actionable conclusions.
  • Facilitates discussions with business executives and HR Generalists to define needs and develop solutions.
  • Develops training and communication materials to effectively disseminate information to a variety of audiences.
  • Develops detailed and complete project plans to accomplish assigned projects and manage execution against those plans.
  • Participates in the implementation of solutions and monitors their on-going effectiveness.
  • Provides compensation program administration support to various projects and programs.
  • Monitors the competitive marketplace to ensure awareness of competitive pay levels, best practices, trends and new technologies and provides recommendations for changes, where appropriate.
