3-5 years experience - Provide consultative, technical research and analytical support on Information Security industry trends, standards, best practices, concepts and solutions. The role requires the candidate to provide support and guidance based on experiences in the areas of security architecture design, operations management, business risk assessment, and policy development.
The successful candidate is a subject matter expert on numerous aspects of security architecture, and especially Identity & Access management. This position is specifically charged with the technical design and implementation of major identity and access management (IAM) processes in an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11G PS3 environment across a global Financial Services company. This role requires the ability to collaborate with and act as a liaison to multiple technically and culturally diverse business groups and technology teams.
 
Incumbent is considered an expert in applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business. Job scope and complexity of assigned business is broad and very complex. This role has an expert-level understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems and associated risks/controls. They may lead reporting, testing/monitoring, exception/resolution activities and providing guidance. They typically interact directly with senior managers requiring an advanced level of presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills. This position will also have occasional exposure to regulatory agencies. Incumbent has a bachelor’s degree, applicable professional certifications and six to ten years applicable experience.
 
 
Key responsibilities include:
 
-              Participate in multiple technology and/ or business projects and play a key role as subject matter expert for successful design, implementation & migration of identity solutions in a complex environment
-              Act as liaison to business units, Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and PMO, and act as an IAM advocate in technology initiatives
-              Demonstrate knowledge of security frameworks, governance and controls to provide Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) expertise & input to multiple teams and projects
 
                                              
Day to day activities will include:
 
-              Work with IAM Governance leadership to develop & implement the IAM capabilities at Elavon, develop program road maps, develop work plans, facilitate project meetings, and resolve problems, risks, and issues
-              Create documentation and present recommendations to department managers and other senior leadership on IAM topics
-              Act as technical leader to define & communicate IAM business & functional  requirements with technology teams
-              Liase with the Program Management Office (PMO) and Center of Excellence (CoE) to collaborate efforts on IAM projects
-              Collaborate with ITGRC, Audit, IAM Governance, and other oversight teams to understand and remedy audit findings
 
Skills:
 
-              Bachelors Degree and 6 years relevant experience (minimum)
-              CISSP certification desired
-              Hands on design, implementation, configuration, integration and deployment experience of IAM technologies
-              Expert understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best practices, and how these relate to Regulatory requirements in Financial Services
-              Creating security roles, group policy, user authentication, auditing and authorization
-              Ownership, configuration, and administration knowledge of major IAM systems, including Oracle and Microsoft product suites
