Recruiter/ Coordinator

1. Actively maintain clear lines of communication with candidates, recruiters, and vendors as necessary to drive a seamless hiring process.
2. Organize and coordinate interview details in a high volume environment.
3. Be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and data integrity of requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
4. Effectively manage multiple, competing, and changing projects and successfully prioritize tasks.
5. Help drive recruitment process for select requisitions and client groups.
6. Assist with planning and organizing recruitment activities and events for both internship and military recruiting events.
7. Completing onboarding process for new associates and assuring compliance.
8. Manage the posting process for job requisitions to external hiring boards.
9. Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients.
10. Ability to tackle new tasks as necessary.

1. Minimum of two years of professional work experience in a similar role.
2. Possess excellent administrative and organization skills.
3. Preferred experience with: Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Kenexa BrassRing
4. Minimum HS diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong computer skills, including extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
7. Previous experience working in a Corporate Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department preferred.
