5-10 years experience - Installs microcomputer hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives.  Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages, such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs.  Provides training and technical assistance to users.  Identifies and resolves hardware, software and operator problems, makes minor repairs, or refers to service personnel.

This role will primarily be software testing.  Candidates should have strong understanding of desktop software installation and troubleshooting.  Our primary tool is SCCM and strong knowledge is required.  Additionally, candidates will assist business line testers in their testing efforts, therefore strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical business line representatives will be required.  Finally, we use rather rigid testing practices, so candidates must be able to well suited for that environment.
