We are remodeling a store in the Chicago area to test new concepts to drive growth at Kmart. The Project Manager is responsible for executing cross-team solutions that bring the Kmart Value Proposition to life in a test store for our members. The Project Manager is accountable for producing and tracking project scheduling and communicating status on progress. This role provides a single point of contact in the project and is responsible for seeing the project through implementation. The Project Manager works closely with the Kmart Format Team and partners with other areas of the business (e.g., the Home team, the Food and Drug team, the Licensed Business team) and support departments (e.g., in-store design, retail services, marketing) to understand dependencies and any potential impacts to the project timeline. This opportunity provides unique career development opportunities and exposure to the day-to-day issues and decision-making processes of transformational executive management.
