Position: (1912097230) Deskside Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6 Months
They will need someone with basic Audio/Visual, Lync, & Xbox knowledge along with Deskside Support. This is a little difficult to find so exposure to these skills are sufficient
Prepare, configure, and verify desktop systems with required apps used by game developers.
Support team with hardware and software technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Work with hardware vendors to repair and update desktop systems and peripherals.
Maintain equipment and spare parts.
Provide written reports on support activities.
Work with Field IT Manager on other tasks.
Monitor alerts from Ops Manager and open tickets for Lab team to resolve.
Minor assistance in the Lab, i.e., clean up shelves, re-organize closet, rack & dismantle servers.
