Job Description :
The purpose of this job is to identify and resolve multi-branded customer service inquiries regarding contract modification changes and reschedules in a timely manner for clinet), r Truck Financial (Owner/Operator), Smart, and client Commercial customers via phones and written communication.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
•             Prepare legal documents for account modifications (lease renewals, lease rewrites, balloon rewrites, mid-term rewrites, extensions, due date changes, substitution of collaterals, and restructures).
•             Upon return of executed documents, audit for completeness and take necessary action to execute the modification in Client proprietary contract management system.
•             Respond timely to inquiries received via email, email, cases, and phone.
Additional Skills Required:
•             Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Detail oriented, Exceptional Customer Service and Analytical Skills, Ability to Multi-task
