Job Description/ Requirements:
The Project Manager plans, organizes, executes, evaluates and leads systems projects from concept through closure. This includes all aspects of system implementation, following the Project Management Office’s standards and procedures, to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communication, customer service and organizational practices. Risk Management and Mitigation; Management of Project Budget etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Additionally the Project Manager will be responsible for
•             Managing project activities involving remote Business Operations; Collaboration with supporting organizations: Office of General Counsel, Procurement, Controlling, IT, Accounting, Vendor and Supplier management, Contract Management, Coordination of plans and related project activities.
•             Conflict resolution. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Development of presentations.
•             Working with MS Tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, mail and scheduling tools.
•             Project planning and timeline management. Managing multi-million dollar supplier related projects.
  • Strong focus on projects financial view, both from an project but also from an project portfolio perspective
  • Experience with reporting. Understanding to manage data and increase data quality.
  • Strong MS-Excel skills (f.e. pivot-tables)
Minimum of 8 years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
•             PMP Certification Required
•             Proven expertise in: Large scale (enterprise) Project Management utilizing industry recognized PM methods and tools, such as the PMBOK from the PMI.
•             Proven Skills: Team and personnel leadership; Lead team of PM and Management professionals on large scale, enterprise wide projects.
•             Experience in the following areas:
o             Experience in managing large scale, highly complex, long-term projects recently
o             Project management methodology based on the PMBOK 9 knowledge areas
o             MS Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
o             Project Management tool - Clarity
o             Cost estimation techniques and business case preparation
o             Financial services/captive auto finance industry experience
o             Strong understanding of System Development LifeCycle (SDLC) & IT application development process
