Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science, Arts, or Engineering Degree is required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience required; 9 to 11 years of experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM systems, particularly SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, ORD, Ad Hoc) and PeopleSoft
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) via tools like Tableau
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation of best practices in the reporting space for both systems and processes/metrics
  • SaaS and working with vendors for support
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills within complex programs to address business and reporting

  • Solid knowledge of database structures, theories, principles and practices relational, non-relational databases, and columnar databases -
  • Familiarity with SQL preferred

At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or an equivalent in education is required for this position.
