Workplace Service Manager (WSM) for LATAM
 
 
Job Overview:
The Workplace Service Manager is responsible for fostering communication between the Client's entities and providing regional status updates to the central teams. The WSM will be responsible and accountable for maintaining customer relationships, identifying service requirements, enrolling customers in standard central services and managing customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback.
 
Responsibilities:
·        Establish regular communication channels with multiple entities in the LATAM region and the central service teams in Germany
·        Provide transparency to the status of regional projects through the creation of dashboards and reports
·        Collect feedback from the LATAM region and identify lapses in the service offerings
·        Track customer requests and ensure their implementation
·        Coordinate Microsoft update testing and establish timelines for update deployment
·        Coordinate software deployments
·        Facilitate regional satisfaction surveys
·        Act as a LATAM region liaison to the central service
·        Accurately collect information from LATAM IT and project impacts of highly technical requests, problems and incidents
·        Provide escalation to the central service when necessary
 
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an IT related field
Knowledge of the capabilities functions of Microsoft SCCM
Knowledge of standard Microsoft technologies (AD, Group Policy, Windows)
Customer-oriented and personable
Multi-Lingual – English, Portuguese, Spanish
 
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
Microsoft products, customer service, multi-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish), dashboards and reporting, project management
 
 
Other:
No travel restrictions to LATAM countries (Venezuela, Columbia, Argentina, Brazil)
 
 
 


At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or an equivalent in education is required for this position.
